Dear Conservatory Outlet

We wanted to write and say how delighted we are with the conservatory you have just erected on our property.  The work was carried out within timescale and to a very high standard.  We were expecting some mess given that a window and part of a wall had to be removed, but all of your workmen cleaned up everything after themselves making our work minimal.

I would also add that when a hitch occurred it was resolved without fuss or quibble and to our complete satisfaction.

Thank you for excellent work, we would have no hesitation in recommending you.
