I am taking the time out to write this letter as a measure of my appreciation with the service I received from your company recently.

I was recommended to you when making enquiries about having new doors and windows fitted at my home.  I contacted you and within a week I had received a very favourable quote.

With this in mind I decided not to approach anybody else due to the recommendation and your prompt sales service. What a good decision that was.

From the quote to the survey to the fitting, I was kept informed and up to date at all times and when the fitters came they were on time, polite, efficient and even cleaned up after themselves!

Even when I contacted you to advise you that I had a problem with my lighting after my door had been fitted, you had no hesitation in sending an electrician out to me as soon as I was available even though we didn’t know if they had disturbed anything. That is what I call customer service.

I would have no hesitation AT ALL in recommending you to friends and family alike.
