The following is a letter we received this morning to thank us for our French Door installation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Having called the office yesterday I now understand that Mick carried out a final check while replacing the damaged windowsill, fitting the skirting and making good the French Door installation. I am very happy with this.

Having sorted out the final payment and insurance certificates details I will close by saying that we are very happy with out choice of Conservatory Outlet as a supplier of our new Conservatory and French Door and am pleased to say that each stage of the build was completed on time and to a good standard. I am particularly please with the final few hours of replacing the damaged windowsill, skirting fitting and making good of the french door installation by Mick .

The CAD design program helped us to see what our conservatory would look like and it helped us decide to make a few adjustments and re-drew it until we had something which my partner and I both really liked to look of. The spreadsheet pricing was extremely quick and well crafted as well – automatically updating the price whenever anything was changed.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We recently purchased a Gable Conservatory. The installers have been around this week, making sure it’s fitted exactly how we need it. They were very understanding and extremely polite when it came to meeting our requirements.

We decided that we wanted a small dwarf wall, so that my wife could see the garden, she does enjoy to watch the birds and squirrels going about their day to day life, roaming around the garden.

I suggested to my wife that we get had some nice windows installed. I suggested Tilt and Turn Windows installed. She was a little clueless about them, but she agreed after the sales team showed us some examples of what they can offer.

The installers were also very good at cleaning the mess they made. Obviously we expected some mess, of course, but they were very good at cleaning it as they went. Can you please thank them for being very professional and generally nice to me and my wife when installing our Conservatory.

I hate having work done at the house and find it an awful upheaval usually, but this time all the hassle was removed and I had to do virtually nothing. I was recommended to you when making enquiries about having new doors and windows fitted at my home.  I contacted you and within a week I had received a very favourable quote.

From the quote to the survey to the fitting, I was kept informed and up to date at all times and when the fitters came they were on time, polite, efficient and even cleaned up after themselves!

I would like to say thank you for our new conservatory.  It looks really good, indeed should I say stylish.

I was a little worried due to the aspect with our garden being on a lower level, but with your ideas of the style by incorporating longer windows on the garden side this has made it work really well.  And thanks for your patience to my many questions to overcome this.

Also the workmen who did the work were excellent, it’s nice to see a team that work in a professional manor.  Being skilled person myself I always work to exacting standards and expect this of others, many a time I’ve been disappointed but in this case no worries at all, a clean and tidy friendly work force.

We would like to let you all know how delighted we are with our conservatory.  We have enjoyed it enormously so far and it exceeded our expectations.
