I like to acknowledge where I know that I have had good service and value for money. We are extremely pleased with the new conservatory, windows and door.

From the outset I knew the Conservatory, Window & Door Outlet was the company that I could do business with. Good friendly advice, obvious knowledge of the product, no pressure to close a deal and a price that came as a pleasant surprise.

Service was bespoke and the complete package was delivered seamlessly from initial and design and securing planning permission through to construction and final fitting out. The builders, fitters plumber, electrician and flooring layer turned up as planned and delivered a fully professional and very tidy job.

I am fairly particular and issues and queries were handled very promptly and totally satisfactory through the showroom team. Visual is very customer focussed and nothing is too much trouble.

We are happy …

As our conservatory is now finished we would like to say a big thanks to all the staff, who from start to finish have been friendly, polite efficient and have worked in dreadful conditions to keep everything on schedule.

We have no hesitation in recommending the quality of the conservatory and the workmanship.

We are now enjoying our new conservatory which was recently constructed by the Conservatory, Window & Door Outlet.

We were delighted with the service we received for a number of reasons, which we believe are very important to a purchaser.

A – The prices quoted, were the prices we paid without any hidden or unexplained extras.

B – We were given a timetable of the building sequence and this was adhered to by the company, so that we always knew what to expect on the days stipulated.

C – The workmen were at all times friendly and courteous and respected our property. Our everyday life was rarely disrupted.

I would recommend the company to any interested party without hesitation.
