Not only do we offer a 10 year guarantee on our product range. But we also offer the most comprehensive back up guarantee with all conservatory and double glazing installations - the 123 Guarantee!*



With a Conservatory Outlet installation we are so confident in the security of your home that, in the unlikely event of a break-in succeeding through failure of our products, we will pay the cost (up to £500) of replacing or repairing the forced window or door, and pay you £500 towards any inconvenience caused!




In addition to the guarantee we offer a 10 year Conservatory Outlet manufacturer guarantee. This guarantee covers all Conservatory Outlet supplied products including window frames and hardware in the unlikely event that your dealer cannot. In other words, in the unlikely event the Conservatory, Window & Door Outlet cannot honour the original agreement, then the Conservatory Outlet's manufacturer will guarantee its products for the remainder of the term.




Deposit indemnity insurance is automatically included in your contract at no additional cost. Conservatory Outlet offers a 10 year guarantee which covers you for any remedial works that may be required after the installation of your windows, doors or conservatory is complete.

Conservatory Outlet also offer a separate insurance backed guarantee, so in the unlikely event that Conservatory Outlet cannot honour the original agreement, then the 10 year guarantee is fully covered by an independent insurance company. Please speak to your Design Consultant and ask for more information about the Insurance Backed Guarantee Scheme they can offer you.

Separate insurance guarantees are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) who are the independent watchdog who regulate financial services.
